Go to the Home page and click messages to access the forum



you will see in fine print group by topic or group by individual messages
its up to you to choose what you want . personallY I prefer to group by topic



or





click the thread or message you wish to read

Click reply to participate and post a message



Those who prefer to receive the groups messages in email will get your reply in email

But you will notice when you click reply that this pops up- I removed the address there to protect the user's privacy. You select whether you want the message to go direct to the person as a private mail , or to the list owner or to the group
