The gray and maroon sweater pattern I've decided to make again. This time, instead, to work a different
design in it. I had purchased a sock pattern with a design and haven't started it yet. I did,
though decide to add part of the sock design into my new sweater. It is dark green for the background
and cream for the design. I'm almost done with the body. The whole sweater is done on the round
and will eventualy be finished without a seam. I bought both sweater and sock patterns along with
my yarn at a store here in town that no longer exists. *Sadly* The owner was sick and wasn't
getting any better so the store was closed down. Sue, (owners name) helped me along with countless
others learn how to knit and read directions for gloves/mittens, hats, shawls, sweaters and my fav
socks. They carried a mass assortments of patterns and yarns.

For my Pathfinder Advanced Knitting Honor *sorry, you'll have to look it up (hint: it's in the K section)* I started a yellow knitted aphgan. But it was my own pattern.. and that was when I first started knitting 6 years ago. But now that I look at it.. thankfully I never finished it, it looks scary.. so I will start the process of taking it apart and starting anew.

I have some yarn left over from my first and second pair of socks that I'm thinking of making some
gloves from the book "Not Just Socks" by Sandi Rosner. The book is chocked full of items to knit
from the special "sock" yarn you can find in alot of stores that cover the yarn area.

I also am working on at the same time a pair of socks. I got the idea from Sue and her customers to buy
two sets of 5 dpk and work the sock sections at a time so you make each part the same size and pattern.
Plus when your done with one.. you only have a tiny bit of the second sock to finish and the directions
to that part are fresh in your mind. And lickity split...your done with both, instead of a whole sock to
finish after your done with the first.
