Lucy regularly gives concerts to local charitable organizations giving a performance of both classical and light music on all her instruments. In January 1997 Lucy entertained Prince Charles on his visit to Tyneside. She is also much in demand by local amateur operatic societies as a woodwind performer.
Since 1997 Lucy has had many further engagements including performances with the Northumberland Orchestra, The New Tyneside Orchestra and the Durham String Orchestra. She is also spending some time recording a CD which contains mostly works by British composers including a sonata especially written for Lucy by the English composer John Hawks. Lucy is now concentrating on the performance aspect of her work particularly on her principle instrument, the clarinet. Lucy is seeking further engagements either in an orchestra or as a soloist.
