My services include: Prenatal Interview During this interview, we will be discussing the kind of birth you would like to have. This will be an informal meeting where we will get to know each other, ask and answer pertinent questions and gather information to plan your baby's birth. Labor & Delivery I will be with you from the onset of your labor until after the birth of your child, providing comfort measures such as massage, acupressure, guided imagery, and relaxation techniques. Pictures I will take the kind of photographs that you prefer to have for remembering this very special day. I provide my own digital camera that allows me to save your pictures to a CD. These pictures will be incorporated in your birth story. The CD of your pictures and birth story will be yours to keep, so you can print favorites or e-mail them to family and friends. I have a web site named "Baby of the Month," and, if you like, I can post pictures of you and your baby. Birth Story During your labor, I will be gathering information and charting everything that happens, so that I can write a complete and accurate birth story. Postpartum Telephone Visit I will phone you after you return home from your hospital stay. This will give us a chance to review your birth experience and answer any questions you may have.
