Friendship is the building block
To start a life of love
We must endure some hardships
With guidance from above

The LORD is always with us
To help our thoughts be clear
To find that special someone
We are wanting to be near

Although the final decision
Is ours alone to make
Without our faith in HIM
Forever, it would take

Your friendship means the world to me
As much, or more than love
Because of all the things you do
With GOD'S blessings from above

Friendships last an eternity
With someone as dear as you
That's why you mean so much to me
And the reasons why, I love you

I pray these words will fill your heart
With joy and hope so pure
