That wasn't my cat by the way I'm not really sure who's cat it was. Okay so not too long after this picture was taken I got a dog for my birthday. I was 4 when I got her. i named her Minnie Mouse and I don't have any pictures of her scanned in yet. She was a mutt and had black spots on her white coat. Well I thought that her spots were dirt so I thought she needed to be cleaned but I didn't know you could give dogs a bath. So I decided I would clean Minnie. Well we had a washing machine but I was too short to reach the top of the machine - much less to put the dog into it. I didn't know you could put the dog in the bathtub either so that wasn't even a thought in my little head. The people who lived next door to us had a grandson who was about 6 years old. He had given me a white rock one time and told me to put it int he freezer and it would sparkle when I took it out and it would be really pretty. SO I did it and it worked. I decided that was what Minnie needed. So being too short to reach the freezer, I stuck her in the refrigerator on the top shelf and shut the door. Mom heard me doing something in the kitchen and when I went to my room to play she went in the kitchen and opened the refrigerator to see what I had been doing and she said that the dog was just sitting there on the top shelf where I had put her. Good thing I didn't put the poor dear in the freezer!
