This page before you is what is required by each person in this group to remain an active member in the group.
First off let me say that I plan to allow this group to grow in many exciting wonderful ways. I have learned that to make something the best that it can be requires alot of thought, patience and time as I plan to do with this group. I look forward to having you spend time in this group and helping me to make it the best it can be and to be active in helping me create a group of friends who hold a tight bond. May you always feel loved.
Below is an update on what I expect each member to take part of in order to remain in my group.
1. All members are required to be signed up to our WWOE Egroups Address. This is the address where all important emails will be sent for the group including or What's new Weekly Newsletter, new members, happenings, all important changes and updates, birthdays, anniversaries etc... I automatically set all members to get mails individually. If you would rather get all mail at once in a day in one email from this group please let me know and I can set your account on daily digest or to read it on the web only.
2. I also would like if all members would sign guestbooks welcoming new members and maybe add a little gift. We don't have alot of members in our Welcome Wagon group so I feel it is very important to get all members to sign making new ones feel good about joining WWOE.
4. There will be times when a special page is made for someone whether it be there birthday, anniversary or a special needs page. I would like it if all members can at least participate in the signing of these guestbooks, if not send a card, gift or something. After all this is what this group is about..being there for eachother.
I think that's about it at the moment. If there's anything anyone can think of to add here or just any new ideas and suggestions for this group please let me know and we can discuss it. I truly hope each and everyone of you will love and enjoy being a member of this group.
