Cats (heck, pets in general) are great! They have been known to relax and prolong the lives of their owners.I have two wonderful cats. Sasha came to me via a couple near St. Louis. They found her dumped in their neighborhood. Sasha was nearly starved and defenseless when they found her. She was obviously "owned" at one time, since she was declawed and fixed. They nursed her back to health, but since they already had 3 cats of their own... I got to adopt her into my home. Right after I met my boyfriend (now my husband) I met my soon to be second kitty, Darby. She is a treat. Getting Darby and Sasha used to each other was not a problem. Darby is a fun loving tabby. Sasha is a fattened long black haired princess. They say that opposites attract.

*Yawn---Stretch* I am her royal highness Sasha. I keep digging around this mess looking for some cool ice water, but my humans just don't seem to want to work for me today.
