Many of our clients are elderly, often frail elderly and sometimes with a degree of confusion or dementia.
Our care can range from a "pop in" visit to check that all is well, or to remind the client to take their medication, to several visits a day to help with bathing, dressing and other aspects of personal care.
A risk assesment and task schedule is completed with every client and/or with their relative in order to ensure that the care package meets the needs and priorities of the client. Our risk assesor is an RGN with very extensive experience of care for the elderly.
