Quality Care has recognized a need for comprehensive care and support packages. We currently offer Supported Living for people with learning disabilities.
We recognise that every person is unique with their own needs, interests and aspirations. Our services are based upon the individual needs of each person.
We are able to provide a range of services for our clients to enable them to live with dignity in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. We have clients who live in small group homes or in individual appartments, as well as those who prefer to live with their own family.
Our aim is to enable every person to have the maximum possible control over their own lives.
Quality Care recognises that people's needs change. We therefore work closely with our clients, their families and the professionals involved to ensure that changes are made whenever necessary so the care package is always appropriate.
Supported Living services will vary depending upon the needs and preferences of the individual client, but may include assisting with:
We work to promote skills which will improve the quality of life, building upon what the client can do and assisting them with the tasks they are unable to do independently.
We can monitor and assist with visits to the doctor and to the dentist, help with medication and work to promote an interest in diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Quality Care helps each person to make the best possible choices with regard to their health and safety. Individual choices and preferences are always valued and respected.
