What I'm looking for:
1 - Your website should be attractive and fun to look at.
2 - There should be no broken links. ( I will accept 1 or 2 at the most!)
3 - NO broken images!
4 - Not just a links page or commercial junk.
5 - I only give out my award to you if you link it back to my website.
6 - I love a creative website that you have put a lot of work and imagination onto.
7 - Good color layout / back grounds
8 - Your topic(s) should be interesting!
9 - ABSOLUTELY NO pornography, racism, profanity, vulgar language. Your site will be disqualified immediately. It must be a kids friendly site!
10 - I am not too fond of clip-art. I like better animations!
11 - I don't have all year to check out your site- so please, I'd like it to be fast loading!
12 - If there is music, I want to be able to shut it off.
