Silver beams creased the greenery of Tokyo Park. Lovers held hands as they walked through the endless perfection of the moon made fantasy world. Aino Minako let out a silent sigh as her blonde eyes glanced from couple to couple. Surely this blonde Venutain goddess had things better to do. Why was she here anyway? Was this just another chance to get a taste of the feeling she believed she had once had experienced? Love, had to be just some childhood dream she had refused to grow out of, despite the countless times Haruka-sama had told them not to wait for the prince she could not stop her longings.
The cool breeze ran softly through the long strands of her blonde hair as she starred intensely out past the horizon. With clasped hands she forced herself to ignore the cruel prick of tears forming behind her soft blue eyes. The bench compressed slightly alerting the blonde teenager to another presence. Minako allowed her eyes to glance sideways, but the darkness did not allow her to see her new companion’s face. Minako straightened intensely as shiver danced down her spine, was it the cool air or the presence of the stranger?
“Are you alone, on a night like this..” his voice seemed soothing as in the same way a snake’s hiss is a comfort to its prey before the kill.
Minako felt herself still uncomfortable and bared herself from turning her head, but made a simple nod.
“Not anymore..”
She looked towards him with surprise; one glance into his gray eyes and she felt her face fluster pink. A small smile swept her face and for the moment Minako forgot about the discomfort he had cause her only a few seconds ago.
“Pathetic..,” her awkwardness quickly returned when his voice shifted, “ after all this time of observing I truly believed you senshi would have become less trusting.”
Minako’s heart began to compress painfully against her chest, there was something terribly wrong with this man. He was no longer the comfort source she had been searching to hide in, but the very thing she felt like running from. She moved to make her quick leave but he soon blocked her exit. His gray eyes shifted into a deep red that reviled the color of blood. Minako felt herself shiver as she got a good glance of the furry of hell within the stranger’s eyes.
“Leaving, but pretty little sailor soldier I have big plans with you. You can’t leave, not now.”
Minako leapt back as she felt the stranger make a grab at her arm, she dogged his contact and rose her orange crystal pen high in the air.
“VENUS CRYSTAL POWER, MAKE UP!!” A long starry ribbon shot out from her pen, within seconds Minako had been replaced than the ever lovely Sailor Venus.
The stranger placed his hand to his forehead and began to message his temples, “I suppose it was foolish to had hoped you would not want to play, but if you insist I’ll be a gentleman, for now, and amuse you. Give it your best shot.”
“LOVE AND BEAUTY SHOT!!”
She sent a golden heart flying at the man, he merely smirked as he watched the attack continue towards him. At the last possible second, he flung out his hand forming a dark force field around him deflecting her attack.
“My turn? Oh…only if you insist..”
Sailor Venus prepared herself for a charge as she watched the stranger
close his eyes and through his hands forward. Venus felt a dark wave lift
her effortless of the ground and into a nearby tree. She winced in pain
as the air was robbed from her chest. As she clutched her chest in effort
to regain her breath and confidence her materialized beside and merciless
tightened a grip around her delicate throat. She felt herself taking blow
after blow to the head and chest, but was helpless to stop it. She soon
saw the night vanish from her sight and went limp. The man rolled her unconscious
body to her back, and kneeled mockingly beside her. He stared at her with
a knowing smirk as he stroked her teaseled strands of hair.
“Pity, I thought you would at last longer than that..Oh well you should
feel privilege” he voice tangled with in the night air, “You will be my
first model for a new breed of Sailor Soldiers. Who will become my prefect
assassins. Do you any objections?”
The man was silent as he waited for response that he knew would not come.
“I thought not..”
He titled his head towards the silvery aura of the full moon. He began to chant in a bizarre tongue; the once calm wind began to whip eerily around him. Trees seemed to bow to the ultimate force that was under his demonic hand. Slowly a crimson aura began to from a human image before him. As his chant died down, the image become more and more clear, the details more precise. He opened his eyes, as he stared at the creature before him.
He smiled, his first Project was complete; she was the exact replica of Minako down to the same stance. There was one exception though; this doppelganger’s fashion seemed to be more of the gothic look. He nodded impressed with the aspects of his work. He made his way over back to the unconscious Venus, and waved his hand over her. Her orange aura wavered around, and surged for a moment. When the blinding power had dimmed an orange jewel was in place of the sailor’s unconscious body. He picked up the gem and proudly tossed it into the air before catching it again.
“Come Praga,” he replied softly to his creation, “we have much to discuss.”
His dark creation bowed silently as her blonde bangs were tossed back by the winds, reviling her master’s dark star trademark. “I hear and obey!”
SO MUCH FOR PEACE; THE FIGHT CONTINUES
Episode 1
The Game Crown Center was filled with the energetic voices of teenagers and electronic buzzing of video games. School had let out yet another day, and for an overly excited 17 year old, this was the highlight of her day. The young blonde eagerly pooped in yet another quarter into the new SailorV game, and quickly began to fiddle with the control pad. She tried intently to beat her last highest score on the game, despite her hard work she always seemed to die going into the third level. Her strange pigtails gave her the most unusual nickname but the most fitting.
“Hey Ondgo Atama.” Rang and irritated voice behind her.
Usagi cringed and glanced absent mindedly at her watch. <5:00>.
*Great Rei’s here to chew me out again for missing another meeting. I don’t know why we have meetings anymore anyhow. It’s been a year since our last major battle and no trouble yet.*
Usagi pulled away from the screen, as she watched the game begin to flash the infamous Game Over sign.
“Yes Rei?” Rei’s violet eyes rolled disgusted.
*Why do I put up with her anyway. She’s irresponsible, lazy, a coward, still though I hate to admit she is our leader. And she has improved quite a bit over the years.. If only we could get her to can the speech.*
Rei sighed calmly as she flipped her raven black hair idly over her shoulders. “Usagi do you have any idea what time it is?”
Usagi looked cautiously at her watch then back at Rei.
“Supper time?” she portrayed innocently.
Rei sighed in disgust.
“No Usagi.” she stated harshly. “You missed yet another scout meeting. Honestly when are you going to learn. You’re a third year now and you still have the responsibility of a two year old.”
Usagi frowned as she calmly crossed her arms in front of her chest shielding her eternal broach from Rei’s view.
“Sorry Rei, Look I’ll try to on time to tomorrow’s meeting deal?”
Rei sighed and through her hands up exasperated. With that Rei calmly began to walk towards a both, and motioned for her “beloved” leader to follow. They sat down, with two of their fallow scouts. The tall brunet took another sip of her coke, as she let herself daydream of all the cute guys she had known. Her green eyes shined a warm welcoming to Usagi as she took her seat.
“Hey girl,” she replied warmly, “Missed another one, huh.”
Usagi glanced at her tall friend, Usagi was extremely happy she had befriended this “karate manic” and even more thrilled that she was one of the team. Before she could responded a voice spoke up from behind a barrier of books.
“We were quite surprised not to see you there. I thought for sure you’d bee there this time.”
Usagi smiled at Ami’s comment, she had so much faith in her, and never stopped believing in her, even though Usagi herself had more than once lost faith in herself. Ami’s blue eyes peered outside the book and gave a kind glance toward her friend, and then escaped back to her reading. Luna strolled up, and made herself comfortable in Usagi’s lap. Usagi glanced quickly around.
*Where was Minako? It’s not like her not to be here.*
“Guys,” Usagi softly questioned, “Where’s Minako?”
The other three shrugged, and glanced at Luna who calmly cleared her voice, and began to speak in a hushed tone.
“That’s what the meeting was about soldiers. According to Artemis, Minako never returned home form her late night stroll yesterday. She wasn’t at school either, Artemis is awfully worried not to mentioned her parents. It’s just not like Minako to just disappear like that.”
The girls’ eyes widened as they listened intently to Luna’s story, they couldn’t believe that Minako was missing, something was up. The arcade doors flew open, as a cold gust of wind blew forward making arcade about as comfortable as a freezer. A blonde teenager allowed herself to make an entrance, her beautiful face let out a frown as she looked at the arcade distastefully.
*Humans, they plague this world everywhere I look. Master, is actually being quite kind to this planet by ridding it off its lower life forms. *
Rei tensed up as a electricity shot down her spine; all her years of training as a priestess had allowed her easily recognize the presence of an evil force. Someone or something was here to cause harm.
Makoto lifted one of her eyebrows as she noticed the grave expression on her raven hair companion’s face.
“Rei-chan, are you ok you seem tense?
“I’ve got a bad feeling, keep yourself ready for anything.”
Usagi tossed her hand ideally at Rei and rassberried, “Oh Rei, your imagination probally is at work cause your bored or something. We defeated Chaos what else could there be out there?”
“Listen Ondgo Atama..” Rei raised her voice as her warning signs increased.
Ami shook her head and glanced at her tensed companions, “Knock it off you two, let’s not start another argument. We really should be concurred about Minako whereabouts instead of stooping another round between you two.”
Luna concurred softly in Usagi’s lap.
“Ami’s right Usagi, just because you don’t wish to think of unpleasentry is no need to get over confidant. Besides Usagi, Evil, sadly enough, will always exist in order to maintain balance. For one force can simply not survive without the other, and in a world like earth we both coexist its inevitable that they we meet in strong confrontation.”
Usagi let out an exasperated sigh, why did everyone always had to point that out to her. For once in her life, Usagi wished so much she could just got back to being ignorant about the evils that seem to threaten earth on a regular bases. First there was the Negeaverse, then Anne and Allen, the Black Moon Family, The Deathbusters, The Deadmoon Circus, then Chaos, and now here was Luna reminded her that battles between good and evil were inevitable!?! Usagi straightened up as recognized a voice call to her. She smiled pleasantly at the newly arrived Minako that now leaned against the table.
“Hey Guys, what’s up?”
“Minako! There you are, I knew Luna and the girls were just being worry warts. Where have you been? Artemis told Luna you did come home last night.”
“Oh, that Artemis he’s such an idiot. I got home really late and didn’t feel like climbing up the stairs to my room that’s all so I crashed on the coach, and then got up early this morning cause I felt like taking a stroll through the park that’s all.”
*This too easy, these humans are so trusting its pathetic. Master’s right these “soldiers” will be delt with quite quickly if we play our cards right.*
“Umm, Minako..” Makoto inquired, “that’s an interesting looking outfit you got on there, where and ummm..when did you get that?”
“Minako” glanced over her appearance, she didn’t quite understand what they were gawking at. Tight black leather mini shorts, a black tank top that cut at the midriff, black knee high leather boots, a black leather jacket, a black choker, two black stub earrings and a large black bow in her hair to finish the assumable. Personally, she thought the soldier she was imitating could use a little less color in her wardrobe.
“Oh, this thing, I’ve had so I just thought I’d wear it, why do you not like it our something? Personally, I think this might be my new look for awhile.” She smiled, forcing a chill down her “friends” spines.
Rei took a good look at Minako something was terrible wrong, for knew she had sense a dark presence and her warnings grew stronger around Minako.
*No* she thought to herself shaking her head, *That can’t be right. Can it? Mabey Ondgo Atama is right, mabey it is my imagination, but I have never been wrong about this feeling before, have I?*
Rei slowly rose to her feet and turned to dismiss herself.
“Rei-chan, where are going?” Ami questioned.
“Listen guys, “ she replied glancing at her watch, “it’s 5:15 now so Grandpa will aspect me to be home since its my turn to cook dinner.”
“All right, Rei..I guess your just gonna have to miss the all out tournament I have planed.” Usagi smirked playfully.
“Tournament?” “Minako”, Makoto & Ami exclaimed in unison.
“Whatever, Ondgo Atama. I’ll see you guys after school tomorrow, all right?”
Rei cringed. *I hate to lie to them, but I don’t want to cause a stir without knowing for sure, and the only way to know for a fact is to consult the fire, mabey it will have better answers for me. *
“Oh come on guys,” Usagi encouraged, “it will be fun, a video game tournament winner gets to name their price!”
“Usagi-chan, I’m shocked you know very well gambling is illegal.”
Usagi sweatdroped.
“I didn’t mean money Ami-chan, I mean like if I won I could request that you guys give me you lunch snacks for a week. Little stuff, things like that.”
“And it could be anything we could request if we won?” Minako asked curiously.
“As long as if it’s little things, and not cash and stuff so Ami doesn’t get frazzled about it. So Minako you gamed?”
A sly smile crossed Minako’s lips. “Oh by all means, Usagi. I’m gamed.”
“Makoto? Ami?”
“Sure sounds like fun.” The tall brunet replied reaching her arms to stretch.
“Well I spouse if its just all in the name of friendly competition.” Ami stated as she placed her book down on the table.
“All right, and I’ll name the game..the game will be..the game which my fingers lands. And my mother told me to pick..you!”
Usagi sweatdroped and fell out of her seat when she noticed what game her finger had landed on, the Sailor V game, she knew with Ami and Minako against her, she didn’t stand a chance.
“Can I do a recall?”
The group shook their heads with satisfied smirks, and Luna chuckled under her breath as the blonde teenager put her head down disappointedly.
“All right, Sailor V it is then.”
Usagi and Makoto were up first, and Makoto was quickly deiced the victor within the first five minuteness. After her loss, Usagi slunked away and took a seat behind them to watch Makoto and Minako battle. Despite how good friends Makoto and Minako were, Usagi was surprised how competitive they could be. Though their competitive nature became painfully more obvious whenever a cute guy was in target. After fifteen minuets or the seventh level, (which ever came first Usagi lost count), Minako came out victorious.
*clink, clink, zap zap*
A large melody of sounds escaped from the game as Minako and Ami eagerly tapped every button to make Sailor V’s moves more precise. “Minako” growled to herself as she noticed Ami’s scores leaping higher and higher.
*There’s no way, I can defeat this genius girl this way. The computers are her element, I grow tired of this game anyway. Its time I start a new one*
Minako let out a painfully grown as she pulled away from the computer. She through her hand to her forehead and immediately began to message her temples.
“Makoto, you take over..I don’t feel so good. I’m just going to put some water on my face in the bathroom ok?”
“Minako, are you ok, “Usagi voice quivered, “Mabey I should come with you to help you out.”
“No, look Usagi, I appreciate it but I just want to give myself time to cool down on my own, all right?”
“Umm..ok sure thing Minako.”
“Minako” sashayed away from the video torment, allowing her hips to occasionally to brush up against things to make her “friends” truly believe that she was not feeling well. Well, it wasn’t fair from the truth she mused, their trusting and innocent nature was getting to her, all the love and friendship reflected in that bimbo’s eyes was enough to make her want to vomit. Once in the bathroom, she glanced around to make sure she was alone then locked the bathroom door. She smirked, she hoped those humans would enjoy their fun for now, her type of game was coming up. She removed one of her black stub earrings and tossed it wildly at the mirror before her. The mirror rippled like a lake that had just been disturbed by a pebble.
An unseen force tossed up Praga’s bangs, revealing her dark star trademark.
“Aranha, come and bow before you mistress!”
A black beam of light expelled itself from her star and struck the mirror violently. A figure soon appeared on the other side of the mirror. Two large mechanical extensions extracted itself from the mirror pulling the figure free from the visual prison.
“ARANHA! Mistresses Praga I am at your command” replied the creature as it laid all eight mechanical legs on the ground.
Praga circled Aranha, eight mechanical legs protruded from her spider like abdomen, and her female torso up was pale blue skin. Her red eyes shinned with violent intention, her short lavender hair cropped off her looks.
*Perfect, those sailor sluts don’t stand a chance*
“Aranha go, sap the precious energy from those lower life forms that have no need of it.”
“ARANHA!” the creature screamed phasing out of her mistress’s view.
*Enjoy my game, pretty sailor soldiers. Enjoy..*
* * * *
“I’m worried Usagi, Minako still hasn’t come out of that bathroom.” Luna whispered to the girl as she stretch out carefully in her lap.
“Your right Luna, she must be feeling really sick. I better go check on her.”
Luna leapt up onto Usagi’s shoulder, as they walked towards the bathroom door. Before they reached the door however Usagi felt herself trapped in a sticky substance.
“What the..? Luna..”, Usagi’s voiced shivered, “Please tell me this stuff I’m stuck in isn’t what I think it is.”
“Usagi, don’t move..”, Luna order as she noticed Usagi go to open her mouth, “not a muscle. I’ve got a bad feeling about this ‘web’.”
Luna herself disobeyed her own orders, she whelped out in pain as the strings tightened and began to drain some of her energy.
“Luna!” Usagi squealed, “I’ve got..I’ve got to do something but I can’t reach my broach.”
“ARANHA!”
The spider monster leapt from ceiling were it had awaited its prey, she licked her lips pleased as she eyed Usagi and her feline guardian. Aranha licked her lips and leered over Usagi, Usagi stood as still as she possible could as she felt Aranha’s warm tongue run over her check.
“JUPITER OAK EVOLUTION!”
Aranha
let out a painful shrill as electrical charged leaves dug into her abdomen.
She whirled around angrily to view her assailant. Two Pretty Sailor Soldiers
stood in their familiar uniform prepared for battle. The taller green senshi
smirked as Aranha poured all her hatred from her eyes onto her.
“Somebody call an exterminator?” Jupiter teased, brushing her bangs
to the side.
“Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mercury.”
The blue harried soldier of the ice didn’t even respond for a moment as she quickly gathered information from her computer.
“I wouldn’t tease it Jupiter, whatever it is it’s very fast and strong and you’ve already got it mad.”
“Right, Mercury..I’ll keep our pest problem under control you worry about freeing Usagi and Luna we’re going to need them.”
“Right.”
“Aranha!”
Jupiter leapt up into the air, and ready herself for battle against her presented obstacle.
“All right, ugly lets see what you can do!”
“Sailor Mercury, please get me out of this mess!” Usagi plead.
“Patience, Usagi I’m working as fast as I can here.”
“Sorry Mercury but we don’t have a lot of time for patience Jupiter looks like she’s already getting tired of trying to face that thing all by herself.”
Unannounced too all, two figures stood out of harms way of the roof.
The shorter framed figure turned to look at her taller companion. “Can’t we?”
The taller figure just shook her head. “Not yet, we both deiced since he wants duplicates we’d let him get one and follow were that thing takes them. Then and only then can we figure out were he is hiding.”
“But it all seems too cruel for us..they could..”
“They won’t, if there as good as these papers brag they’ll be fine. We're sacrificing people who can defend themselves not the innocent. So relax and just wait.”
The smaller figure nodded and stood in silence one again.
“MERCURY AQUA RHAPSODY!”
Usagi and Luna stood perfectly still as they watched the ends of the web break free thanks to the cold contact of Sailor Mercury’s attack.
“All right Mercury, way to go!”
“Usagi, save the congratulations for latter. The people are all gone, and we need Eternal Sailor Moon now!”
Usagi nodded as she held her eternal broach high in the air. “MOON ETERNEL POWER—MAKE UP!!”
Within seconds the feeble blonde teenager had faded and her place stood the beautiful sailor suited angle of the moon; Eternal Sailor Moon.
“Hey bug face drop my friend!” she demanded as she got ready to move into her infamous speech posses.
Strangely enough, Aranha did as commanded and turned to faced the newly arrived soldier with an intense interest.
“ I will not tolerate you placing the lives on innocent people in danger, I stand for love and I stand for justice, I am the Pretty Sailor Suited Soldier of the Eternal Moon, I am Sailor Moon and on behalf of the moon, I will punish you!”
“SILVER MOON CRYSTAL POWER KISS!”
Within seconds the monster was disintegrated, leaving on a black gem behind. When Sailor Mercury moved closer to examine it, it vanished from sight.
“Guys you know what this means?” SailorMoon sighed.
“That a new evil is threatening the earth?” Mercury replied.
“That the enemies never learn?” Jupiter added.
“Nope..worse..”
“What??” Mercury and Jupiter chorused
“I’m going to have to apologize to Rei.”
“Usagi!”
The Group laughed as a sweatdroped appeared over their foreheads. The two figures shook their heads, as they watched the soldiers continue their talk.
“I’m glad there all right.”
“Yeah, I guess so but this dose set back, I guess were going to have to find another way to locate him.”
“Partner, let’s go home.”
The taller figure nodded and as they faded away of the rooftop.
“TSUKINO HIKARIWA AI NO MESSAGE!"
