Gray stillness filled the large, circular hall; a tomb-like silence that permeated the chamber's very essence. A light layer of gray dust covered everything--the cylindrical wall of black stone, the once-ornate furnishings and tapestries, the circular carpet-- fading away any sign of their former grandeur and color.
Suddenly the sepulchral stillness was shattered by a sound- cold winds howled eerily through the halls of the once grand hotel. But as time went on the exquisite buildings lost customers, and there for soon fell to dramatic disrepair. Light weakly penetrated the covered windows, a low electrical hum soon filled the building as the chandeliers light began to flicker and dance of the stone cold walls. Dark energy began to pulsate silently bringing back the true color and luster of the carpet, the tapestries, cold stone wall. The metamorphosis continued as the light and sound formed a slow crescendo, building into an inexorable climax that filled the hall. Soon the chandeliers light shone forth with its true exquisite elegance.
Where the check out and reservation desk had once been a large dark twisted throne flickered out of the darkness. At the thrones right a small gray spiral seemed to be the containment of a dark crystal electrifying with an orange aura of power. At the throne’s left a dark twisted sword lay within an arms reach, it’s cold blade shinned with deadly accuracy. A red aura of light began to form around the elaborately crafted seat, soon the aura shifted to an image of a man.
The man was tall and very handsome, he easily pass off as Mamoru’s twin, if it was not for the eye patch placed delicately over his left eye. The other was deepest red that could easily be shifted to gray for his own benefit. He surveyed his newly required surroundings, his lips sifted into a pleased mischievous grin. He ran his slim fingers through the tassels of his thick black hair as he sat and silently reminisced. Though his new sanctuary was nothing like the dark territory he had acquired in Brazil, it would have to do. He cringed as he replayed the events of his bitter defeat, the loss of his almost fully required goal hurt him deeply. It was so close to becoming truly his, and then those two annoying sailor soldiers had the nerve to challenge his supreme power.
* DAMN EARTH AND CHARON! *
His fist slammed hard against the arm of his throne.
* No matter, it’s a whole new ball game this time. But the odds are going to be in my favor. *
He glanced at his right and smirked, as the orange light tried desperately to shatter the spiraling black crystal that contained it.
* Give it up Venus, your just wasting your precious energy. You’ll never escape you prison your mine forever. *
His laugh echoed off the walls like thunder, and the orange light slowly began to weaken.
* Don’t fret Venus, some of your friends will soon be joining you. *
“Praga, Report!”
Brilliant aura of orange light appeared before the throne; soon a human appeared out of the light. The woman’s long blonde hair flowed gently around her; her blue eyes were as cold as ice. A black bow, pulled her hair tightly away from her face, she brushed her hair lightly with her fingers giving a quick display of the black star portrayed on her forehead. She was a perfect duplicate of Minako, from the very contour on pout in her lips to the tips of her toes, reflected the perfect mirror image. But unlike Minako, her heart was cold and her mind only heard the voice and command of her beloved master.
“I hear and obey.” She replied with a gracefully bow.
“Would you care to explain, how you failed me? Choose your words carefully Praga.”
“Master Mal, I assure you I didn’t not fail you. While those stupid sailor soldiers were busy with Aranha. I gathered this carefully for you, so not to give away my presence.”
Praga opened her clasped hands to release a marble sized golden ball of energy towards her master; he trapped it with his hand and absorbed it. Mal shivered slightly with the new presence of this energy into this system.
“So, I am not supposed to be angry with you because your brought me this measly bit of energy. If I still hadn’t a use for you make no mistake you’d go back to the nothingness you once lived understood?”
Praga bowed so low upon that remark that her bangs brushed the floor.
“Good, it’s so nice to see we have an understanding. Go Praga, go to your “friends” and let them see how it is I that control their miserable fates.”
Praga stood from her position and with a final salute she disappeared within a fantastic aura of orange light.
BROKEN WINGS; TWO SHADOWS MAKE A CAMEO
APPERANCE
Episode 2
Hino Rei slowly began to sweep the steps of the Hikawa Jinja shrine; it was her normal early morning ritual and usually had a calming effect on the young Shinto priestess. But not today, something was troubling her, a nagging sensation pulled at her heart, something was wrong terribly wrong.
{CAW, CAW!}
Rei smiled softly, she could recognize those gentle caws anywhere.
*Hello Phoebes, Demos, How are you this morning? *
Rei calmly placed the broomstick on the ground, and pulled the left over seed out of her pocket. Without hesitation she spread the seed on the ground so her two friends could enjoy a light breakfast. She watched them peek among the gray stones, as she watched contently she heard her Grandfather’s gay footsteps approach her.
“Good Morning Rei, slacking of on you chores all ready I see.” Rei shook her head and smiled to meet the warm glow of the old man’s face.
“GRANDPA!” The old man laughed. “ I’m just kidding, I’m just kidding. Now, you’re sure you can handle the temple by yourself, for a couple days?”
Rei sighed softly, “I’ll be fine Grandpa. Beside, I can get Chad and some of friends to help out as well, and its not going to hurt to take a well deserved rest.”
Her Grandfather nodded solemnly. “Very well, then bye Rei.”
With that old man left the Hikawa Jinja shrine. He was just two blocks down the street, when she heard him hit on an another poor woman just passing by. Rei rolled her eyes and sighed.
*Sometimes, I wonder who's the parent and who's the child? HOWEVER, He's always done his best for me, and I really love him for it. I know I wouldn’t change him for the world. Probably wouldn’t be able to if I tried anyway. *
Rei returned back to her sweeping and for awhile her thoughts were safe and secure but it did not take long for the vision she had seen in the fire to return to haunt her once more.
// The flames crackled and through themselves high into the air. Rei’s violet eyes watched as a varity of images were thrown before her. Three shadows seemed to loom over all the images, two were female one was male. The female shadows were a soft blue the man’s a dark black. After all the images given to her the ones the frightened her the most was the terrifying scene of the both the inners and the outers melting into puddles. Their skin dripping from their bodies to reveal their skeletons. That and the image of Eternal Sailor Moon head thrown back in pain; blood running from her hands, sides, feet, and her angelic wings charred. //
“Rei-chan! Rei-chan!”
Rei felt her mind through itself back to the present when Usagi’s voice came crashing up to her. Rei smiled a little as she felt her tension grip on the broom lessen, for once she might just admit she was glad to her those Ondgos bouncing up the stairs. Usagi stopped up the top where Rei was and panted for a little bit and then looked up eagerly.
“Mako-chan brought cookies and I made some to!”
Rei rolled her eyes that what she had run up her so quickly to tell her. “You made such a fuss over that??”
“Well,” Usagi scratched the back of her head, “well that and I..I guess I kind of owe you an apology..”
Rei blinked, could she be hearing this correctly.
“We were attacked at the arcade yesterday.”
Rei grimaced, “I thought something was wrong, but unfortunately if what you say is true, that would mean..”
“Mean what Rei?”
“We can’t discuss this out here Ondgo Attama, we’ll have to go inside.”
Usagi was puzzled by the disturbed look on Rei's face, but she quickly brushed that off and followed her into the Temple.
"Are others right behind you?" Rei questioned as she slid open the panel to her room.
"Yup!" Usagi chirped. "They should be in soon!"
"Guys, what's all the rush about. I mean I know Usagi was in a rush but..," Makoto stopped mid sentence as she too noticed the grim expression on her fiery companion's face, "Rei you ok?"
Ami did not have time to note on the expression all she could not what Minako's look of agony , it was if someone had ran a sword through her heart.
Rei also seemed to notice Minako's pain. "What's wrong Mina-chan? Are you sick?"
“Boy first, the arcade now this..mabey you coming down with the flu or something Mina-chan."
"Hai..on..ondgo attama..I've..I've got to go" with that she ran full force from Rei's door.
All the others watched their "friend" hustle out the temple, and Rei had a strange feeling that all was not as it seemed. She motioned for her other companions to enter as she placed another anti-evil ward upon the door.

"I'm telling you Mamo-kun; it was so wired..the vision she told us was so totally..,"Usagi cringed as she took another bite for her sundae, "creepy. Not to mention how sick, Mina-chan seems to be getting lately."
Mamoru nodded, and took a sip of his cappuccino. "That is very disturbing. What do you think is wrong with Minako?"
"I don't know, Ami thinks mabey she's just caught something when she was out late that one night. Come to think of it..Luna's pretty worried about Artemis too she hasn't seen any sign of him since he came to her complaining how he hadn't seen Minako."
"Artemis is quite able to take care of himself. I don't think that you should start worrying about him for a few more days."
Usagi shook her head. "But he's never gone missing this long."
She looked down at the table, a sad look on her face.
"What's a matter Usagi, no enough chocolate in the sundae? I hate to see my favorite customer looking so down." Unazuki smiled softly as she taped a poster onto the wall next to them.
"Really? Oh I'm sorry to hear that, funny I thought I saw her in here earlier. Minako's a strong girl though I'm sure she'll shake off whatever it is."
"Hey Unaz-chan? What's that for anyhow? The Jaguars I've never heard of them.."
"Well, this girl here," Unazaki said, pointing to a tan girl with flowing brown hair and bright green eyes, "is my Onii-sama's pen pal from Brazil. Her name is Terra Arvore. She and her band are going to coming here to Tokyo on tour, and Onii-sama said that he would help her out by putting up posters for her band."
"Brazil, my that's quite a hull. Any idea why they would want to try here instead of some place closer first?" Mamoru inquired
"I'm sure she must be a really fantastic person if she is friend's with Motoki. When she gets here you make sure we know, all right. I really want to meet this new friend of Motoki.” Usagi chirped.
Unazaki shrugged. "I dunno. She wrote in one of her letters that she really wanted to meet my Onii-sama, so I suppose that might be why they are coming here. She also said that she had been studying Japanese and wanted to try her linguistic skills."

Praga glanced around to make sure she was alone then locked the bathroom door. She removed one of her black stub earrings and tossed it wildly at the mirror before her. The mirror rippled like a lake that had just been disturbed by a pebble.
An unseen force tossed up Praga’s bangs, revealing her dark star trademark.
“Serpente, come and bow before you mistress!”
A black beam of light expelled itself from her star and struck the mirror violently. A figure soon appeared on the other side of the mirror. A large slimy reptile tail extracted itself from the mirror pulling the figure free from the visual prison.
“SERPRENTE! Mistresses Praga I am at your command” replied the creature as it slithered onto the floor.
Praga circled Serpente, her torso up gave the illusion of a human being, and it was from her waist down that was terrifying. A large snake tail that could easily be munlipated to any quick movement.
“Serpente go.”
“SERPRENTE!!” the creature screamed phasing out of her mistress’s view.

As Unazaki continued to explain their plans about Motoki’s pen pal, Mamoru’s ear picked up a soft hissing sound escaping from the vent. He shook it off, as just a noisy air conditioner for a moment . Until he saw two gold eyes glare through the vent at him. Mamoru tapped Usagi lightly on the shoulder and motioned towards the vent. Usagi's eyes widened, and she and Mamoru quickly scooted away from the vent.
Unazaki smiled playfully at them, "Leaving so soon? All right I'll leave you love birds be."
With that she turned unsuspecting back towards the kitchen. The monster however did not see fit to let one of the human weaklings leave without a proper punishment for the ignorance. Serpente, busted through the vent and struck Unazaki with its tail sending the poor young girl flying into the wall.
“SERPENTE!!” it squealed opening its mouth to suck energy from the unconscious human.
“Get away from her now, creep!”
Serpente looked up intrigued but continued to waver near its prey. Their before her stood a girl dressed in a sailor suit with two large wings protruding from her back, her blonde hair was done in a unique fashion. Two long ponytails came out of each side of the two tightly wound balls on the top of her head.
“Your kind never seems to realize we simply do not tolerate that kind of behavior here. I stand for love and I stand for justice, I am the Pretty Sailor Soldier Of The Eternal Moon! I am SailorMoon and on behalf of the moon, I will punish you!”
Eternal SailorMoon charged valiantly only two meet the sting of the monster’s arm struck violently against her face. The blow though painfully was all to familiar to the sailor soldier, so shook herself off, and made another attempt at the monster. Without much thought, Serpente lashed out her tail at Eternal SailorMoon, knocking her into a wall.
Eternal SailorMoon let out a painful groan.
Eternal SailorMoon watched with fearful eyes as Serpente bared its fangs
to strike towards her neck.
From the shadows, a large
sword flew through the air, slicing off a section of Serpente's tail. The
monster blinded by pain sunk its teeth into her broach instead shattering
it in two causing SailorMoon to revert back into Tsukino Usagi. She watched
helplessly as the creature spun around to search for its tormentor.
Two unidentified soldiers
stood back to back, arms crossed definitely across their chest, their heads
bowed as if in a hold state of pray. The raven haired senshi smirked, but
did not even acknowledge the monster as she rose her gloved hand. The medieval
weapon that had struck the monster returned back to the gray and red sailor
suited senshi.
"Well, Earth what do we have here?" She questioned her brunet partner
as she opened her crimson red eyes.
The slender senshi in blue and green opened her emerald eyes, and looked
toward the writhing monster. Holding her tall golden staff, she shook her
head, almost sadly.
It looks as though Mal is up to his old mischief again Charon. But his
creations are easy enough to destroy if you know their weaknesses."
“Either Mal is getting rusty,” Charon replied as she rehearsed her sword,
“or the senshi are much dumber here.”
A cold gray mist began to form around Charon's gloved hands.
The methane ball flew from her hand and quickly went towards the black
star upon the creature’s forehead.
Earth quickly followed in suit by holding her staff in front of her,
while a green light gathered around the orb at the top.
"Tiger..." she said, as the light formed into the face of a large
feline, "Roar!" the light flew at the snakelike monster, causing an explosion
on impact.
The two soldiers watched
as Serpente was hit by the new on slot of pain. She vanished from sight
leaving on a black stubbed earring on the floor where the creature had
once been. Usagi picked up her shattered broach and took an awed struck
glance at the two soldiers as she could hear Tuxedo Karmen arrive with
the inners behind them.
"That's our cue, Earth."
Charon and Earth quickly turned to leave, but Earth stopped briefly
to look back over her shoulder.
"You senshi must be on your guard now. An evil new to you has come,
and it is an evil that you cannot defeat. Stay out of our way soldiers,
for your own good."
"Your really shouldn't waste your breath on them..their not worth our
time."
With that, they made a hasty exit from the diner.
“TSUKUKINO HIKARIWA AI NO MESSAGE!"
"METHANE..." The mist quickly gathered into a tight ball in between
her curved hands, "BLAST!"
