Benjamin "Banjo Man" Schwarz

Benjamin was born on July 6, 1998, at 7:39 a.m., only about one month early. His health has been excellent since he was born, and he has been living at home with his parents since July 12, 1998. These are some pictures from the first weeks of his life.

This is Benjamin in utero.	This is Jenifer, hours before her water broke.	This is Jenifer and Benjamin, minutes after he was born.	Here Jenifer demonstrates how beautiful someone can be after a night of no sleep and hard labor.	Here is Benjamin within three hours of birth, with the Erythromicin still visible in his eyes.




				Benjamin had jaundice, so he needed some light therapy. His eye protection made him look like he was heading off to the tanning booth.

			Benjamin's grandmother, Rhoda, was ready for duty, knitting within hours of the baby's birth.

			Babies are somewhat exhausting.

			Even aunts can get tired!
