| I have been with Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. since they started their Cleveland Office in 1999. I work mostly in the environmental division, but have some experience with architectural projects. I am certified by the US EPA as an Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner and am licensed by the Ohio Department of Health as an Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist. I am also licensed in Pennsylvania as a Management Planner and have my air monitoring technician certification for Colorado. I have my NIOSH 582e certification, which allows me to analyze PCM samples, and I participate in the AIHA Proficiency Analytical Testing.
