Several years ago I attended a quilt show in Dallas, texas and took lots of pictures. This particular one really made a lasting impression on me when I came to this small masterpiece. Its a small quilted wallhanging symbolizing the nature of Alzheimers Disease.A short message was written to the side: My mother-in-law's disease began when she was 65 in what should of been the golden years of her life. But Alzheimers is wasting away pieces of her mind daily and leaving only erratic fragments of the person she was. With every stitch I wished for a cure. created by Irene from Garland, Texas
