Andorra is a modern, liberal democracy. People enjoy extensive rights, and anti-discrimination paragraphs are included in the constitution. Homosexuality, however, is not mentioned. I haven't found any information regarding the situation for homosexuals specifically except the age of consent. Any information would be most welcome.
