in Haiti:
Legal
Homosexuality is not mentioned
in Haitian law, but several sources say it's treated as legal. I have not
found any more information on the matter. Haiti, once the world's richest colony, is now one of the world's poorest
nations. In 1994 the country was invaded by a U.S.-led multinational force
to reinstate the democratically elected president Aristide who was exiled
in 1991.
