Glad
to see you made it! Come on in and make yourself comfortable. Here, we
will talk about getting to know each other better. As you can see, this
site is new and I will be adding to it extensively over the next few days.
If you have anything you would like to talk about, you can mail me and
I will put your curiosity to rest. Did you say you wanted lemonade or an
iced tea?
I
am not one to bore so I will keep our conversation short, sweet, and to
the point. I tend to be long winded, so if I start just blabbering on,
please slap me! Here is a question and answer session of our visit with
each other.
Q. Tell me a little more about yourself,
Kevin. Well, I am a very outgoing person. I don't know any
strangers which is more good than bad. Lately, I have been more of a homebody
and enjoying the company of my friends right here in my own house. I have
spent this past summer in New York City. I have lived in Orlando,FL for
the past two years, but I am originally from Pensacola, Florida. I am in
college right now.
Q.What school do you go to and what are
you studying? Unfortunately, I dropped out of college three
years ago after I came out of the closet. This fall will be my first semester
back at the University
of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. I will be a music education
major. Piano is my main instrument although I play tuba in the band.
Q.What have you been doing these past 3
years? After leaving MS, I moved back to my hometown of
Pensacola and stayed for 3 months until Hurricane Opal came through and
destroyed my job. I decided to move to Orlando and I have been here ever
since. I have a great job in a local hotel making more money than I will
probably be making as a teacher.
Q.What are your hobbies and what do you
do in your spare time? It seems like the last few weeks,
I have been working on this damn web page, but I do enjoy working on my
IBM Aptiva, playing the piano, listening to my CD collection, watching
movies, watching football and basketball, playing basketball, or at least
attempting to play, and traveling!!
Q.
Where are some of the places you have traveled to?
I have been to around 30 of the States in the US, mainly on the
eastern side and the midwest, Europe, Australia, and South America. More
specifically, Paris, London, Rome, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro and São
Paulo.
Well, I think that is enough for now. You
will get to know me so much better once you finish the tour of the house.
There are still alot of rooms to go! Here are some hot topics and the way
I feel about them:
- POLITICAL
AFFILIATION - any party that Dole, Gingrich, and Strom Thurmond aren't
apart of !!
- RELIGIOUS
AFFILIATION - any church that I don't have to go to on a regular basis
and give 10% of my money to that the church doesn't have to pay taxes on
like you and me!
- GAY RIGHTS MOVEMENT
- Obviously, I would like to see gays and lesbians treated like real
people in the governments eyes. We are the only group of people you can
legally discriminate against. I just keep my mouth shut and figure what
they don't know won't hurt them.
- TYSON vs HOLYFIELD
- Tyson doesn't seem like the type to go for gourmet cuisine. I figured
he could afford somewhere to sit down and eat!
Favorite
shows: The Drew Carey Show (Mimi is my favorite), Homicide, Law and
Order, Monday Night Football
Favorite
movies: Thelma and Louise, The Lion King, Priscilla QOTD, To Wong Foo,
Mrs. Doubtfire, Strictly Ballroom, and any movie with Kathy Bates! Isn't
she the consummate bitch?
Please don't leave before checking out the rest of the house!
