Apt 13c, Seaview Apartments
Here's a quick tour of the last Auckland apartment I had before leaving for Germany. We (Philip and I) were in 13c from October 1998 until May 1999. This had to be, without a doubt, the best apartment I've ever had. The rent, at $400 per week, wasn't that cheap, but the kitchen, lounge, bedroom (mine) and VIEWS were worth it.
I won this huge Ray of Light poster at the Premiere party for the album. It was such a large and good-looking poster that I got it framed. It looked AWESOME because it was the first thing that anyone saw when they walked into the apartment.
But alas, it's now in storage with the rest of my stuff at my parent's place. :(
Here's a photo of the kitchen and lounge. This was the best kitchen ever. SOOO much storage space. The lounge was large too.
Here's the view from my huge room (with balcony). Philip got the small room. The price you pay for having the carpark.
I took a succession of photos from the balcony and stuck them together (digitally). We had a pretty much uninterrupted view of the entire harbour.
