-Wendy become fundraising coordinator

*note….. Wendy resigned from co-commissioner position

Fundraising coordinator seems to be a more feasible position

-half hour once a week

-possibility of Sandra or Lagia being involved

-space for column every two weeks

PAM will view the co-commissioner duties and decide whether or not she is interested in the position

-hesitant at first

-as meeting progressed it changed into a great success

-we are not only a club but also a service ie: counseling etc…, we must pursue this status to improve funding…..

-help with resources, computer, supplies….. we need a list of paraphernalia required by the club

-SGA will back us

-resources include Andrea from the women’s center and Marco from Access Aids

-doctor’s office on campus, they would like info from our group in order to publicize (this is not AIDS or STD related)

LBGT Coalition Conference 2000

-Wendy went

-They want to hold it here May of 2000

-200 people (minimum)

-requires funding or possible donation from us

-Motion that Martin become the AEF representative for the club
