I have been with #55 RCSCC Restigouche for the last 6 years, and I can say that they have been a great and invaluable learning experience for me. I have met and made many friendships all over the world that will last me a lifetime. I have watched myself grow from a shy and voiceless New-Entry cadet into the strong-voiced and determined Coxswain that I am today. I owe all this and a lot more to all the officers that have helped me along the way, and to the Navy League, and the Cadet Organization. Yet, I believe that without the actual cadets that I have had the honour to work with over the last 6 years, I would not be where I am today, and to them I owe a lot. I believe that our corps has great potential, and I also see them growing to be a finer corps every year. Bravo Zulu to all the cadet and to anyone who has ever helped, participated or contributed in any way to #55 RCSCC Restigouche, or the cadet movement. Cadets, remember our corps motto: "Steer a Straight Course"
