Yes, it has been a long time since I wrote up my diary, stop nagging me. ;)
What have I been up to? Well work isn't going too crash hot, I've been stuck on the same reaction for the last couple of weeks and I haven't been able to get it to work which is pretty frustrating after the 20th time. I also have to give my mid-term seminar also, and although that is coming along alright, it's still a bit of an annoyance to have to deal with it as well.
Today was reasonably productive although it had it's own ups and downs. I figured out why one of my reactions wasn't working, but after moving onto the next step I had a blunder, but hopefully I can get a different reaction which has been bothering be out of the way.
I spoke to Soba on the phone tonight, she sounds as though she is having a perfectly miserable time in Berri, she's going to hand in her resignation tomorrow, but keep working onwards till she gets another job.
On Friday I did coffee with Red and then we went down to Gods and chatted with the people down there. I noticed that if you sit in the Union court long enough, you will see more bad fashion than you can poke a stick at.
On Wednesday I finally had my dermatologists appointment. He recommended that I go on a course of Roaccutane which is supposed to be a very effective medication for my type of acne. I had a blood test on Friday, and another appointment with the dermatologist on Wednesday. Hopefully my bad skin days are over and I can finally wear off-the-shoulder numbers without embarrassment. ;) Washed my sheets and shaved, so I feel much better.
