I'm waiting for the pasta to cook, another few minutes. Today and yesterday were both not very pleasant, I had gone for a run on Sunday and yesterday and today my muscles were aching rather badly. It's been a month since I last went jogging, the weather has warmed up slightly, but I'm now out of condition again unfortunately. This afternoon I was plagued by stomach aches which were rather unpleasant, and I couldn't focus on my work.
