Boxing Day
Well, Xmas was quiet, but very worthwhile. I had to wait at Sydney airport for 5 hours to catch my connecting flight. I got out at Wagga at about 6 pm where Mum was there to greet me, and we arrived home about 7 pm Xmas Eve. I had enough energy to wash my hair before I fell asleep. The next day I woke up around 10 am, and I had to wrap my presents first before I could put them out. Neither of my brothers were home yet, and so it was just Mum, dad and myself which was nice enough. :)
For lunch we stuffed ourselves on turkey and nice home cooked food, something I haven't had in a very long time.

Ahhh… it feels like a week since I got home, only really about 5 days though. My brother Charlie came down with his fiancée and new son on Saturday and went home to Wollongong on Sunday. It was good to see them, Colby is cute for a baby and I got handed him a lot. On Sunday about 5 minutes after Charles and family left, Ashley came home unexpectedly. He was only here for a few hours, but it was good to see him. On Wednesday I will be going over to Canberra, ostensibly to celebrate New Years Eve, but mainly to catch up with everybody over there. I'm not certain what I'm going to be doing myself, I'd like to get out and have a fun time, but I don't really know what anyone else is doing. I've made appointments to see my doctor and the hairdressers, but the laser place was closed until after I have to leave so I couldn't make an appointment.
I have to get a new SIM card for my mobile phone, because it's going to be hard to contact everybody in the few days which I'll have in Canberra. I suppose I need to start organizing that, maybe we can do a BBQ or something.
In a somewhat amusing aside, apparently Bozeman had 12 inches of snow dumped on it yesterday. I received an email from Tiffany which said that her little town had received 5 inches of snow. As for me, I've been trying to get some sun on my otherwise very pasty skin, I'm fairly pink on my stomach and breasts which hopefully will fade to something approaching brown. I've been trying to call Ally and Madeleine to wish them a happy Xmas, but so far I haven't been able to get through to either of them.
