It's getting clearer.

It's a nice Sunday morning in Berkeley, and I'm waiting for the dye in my hair to fully set. It's the usual purple rinse, but the roots needed to be touched up, and we fully bleached Bonnie's hair as well. It's been a nice week, I started off quite productively, and then things slacked off a bit later in the week.

Monday – It was a productive day, and I did a lot of the groundwork on a research proposal that I had thought up. I was at the coffee shop for much of the day, although in the afternoon I walked up to the Campus. Bonnie came home and was not feeling well at all. She has a bad migraine and so just wanted dark and quiet surroundings. I walked around downtown Berkeley until it got dark and a little creepy and then I came home.

Tuesday – Tuesday was spent editing the new proposal and coming up with a few more ideas. I spent some time in the chemistry library at Hildebrandt Hall, and did some catching up on the literature. I also haunted the coffee shop, as much for the free wireless access as for the coffee. Bonnie helped me dilate courtesy of Good Vibrations.

Wednesday – My early productivity started to come off the boil, and I spent more time surfing the internet as opposed to getting work done. Without a mouse for my laptop I wasn't able to draw the diagrams which I needed for my proposal. Bonnie came home and had been forced to run for the bus in the Livermore heat, we ate at “Sushi Boat” which was fun and then walked home slowly.
