Wow, talk about staying up late.
I had a snooze between about 8:30 am and midnight and I've been up and emailing ever since. I sent email to Shirley, another one to the Kurtis and a long one to Peta (Jen). I also sent one to Nikki. That consumed a few hours, and I also consumed some coffee which was unusual for me. It still tastes a bit funny, but not as bad as some coffee I've had recently.
Today I got up at 9:00 am got into work and fiddled about. There was a lecture at 11:00 am which was on the presentation of Science, and it was packed. People sitting in the stairs, hanging from rafters etc… After that I continued looking for an effective route through to my compounds, but met mainly with disappointment. The best paper was in a Korean journal which nobody seems to keep. So that was really frustrating. My trivial compound appears to have worked, but that is just a minor side line.
About 3:30 pm I went to deal with Center-Link to get a health-care card. I got the form and was completely disorganized from that point on. I had no pen, and no money to buy one. So I cycled into town to get money then a pen and found I had money on me. So after buying a pen, I cycled back (it was raining, that was the biggest hassle) and filled in the form, showed all my ID. The took photocopies and voila the form was away. I can expect it in about 10 days,
presuming I'm poor enough to get it. Because my Roaccutane and Androcur are both on approval, I can't get discounts for them. Hence this only applies to the Progynova and other sundry prescription stuff like the anti-biotics. Of course I'll probably be off them by the time it arrives.
It's now 4:00 am, I haven't been up this late in ages… I was just down in the bathroom, and was looking in the mirror at my side-burns. Now, I shaved them back up to near the level of my when my ear joins my skull only maybe a week ago, and it's already grown back about a half centimeter or so (maybe more actually). *fingers crossed* Does this mean my hair is growing faster?!? Goddam I hope so. :) I haven't noticed any advancement of my hair-line, but then I was never going to go bald anyway. Especially not now… ;)
Ok, tomorrow is Friday. Today was pay-day. I really would like to go shopping for some summer clothes, but would much prefer to go with some one else. It's easier shopping with two or more, and you get an objective opinion. I might see what Red and/or Boozer and Jules are up to for Saturday…

4:45 am - Okkie, a yawn or two now. I think I might crash out. Hopefully I can sleep before the sun wakes me up. Of course, they're predicting rain, Yay!
