Just a short diary entry tonight. It was again very sticky and hot and I piked out of the lab at about 4:30 pm again. I thought I had a small break through with ADAM, but nothing in the end. I was a bit disheartened and so went home. Had the usual eat/snooze routine down pat and after sitting around for a bit I felt I needed to go for a jog/walk. Just went along the shores of the lake and that reminded me of how unfit I was. I'd been plagued by various little twinges and pains and felt I needed to stretch my body as it hadn't been stressed physically for quite a while. I think it was beneficial, I was sweaty and very grateful for the sports bra. I came home and shaved and only managed to slice open one artery. ;)
I need to ring coastal Peta tomorrow to organize this coffee thing with inland Peta (hopefully). I should have thought about the fact that she is likely to be utterly exhausted after returning, but that was something which didn't spring to mind when I sent her the email. Just sent her another with my standard apologetic style.
So I watched an old Bond film (it was so classical cheesy) and just vegged out in front of the TV and then cam back here and am chatting to Soba on ICQ.
It's coming up to 1:30 am, I am going to crash out in the hope that today will be cooler than Friday.
