Now you have two measurements hopefully you are good at mathematics because now you have to add 5 inches to the nipple measurement then subtract the Chest measurement.
You should
then be left with 0 to ?inches and this will determine your cup size
e.g: 0 inches = AA cup, 1 inch = A cup, 2 inches = B cup, 3 inches = C
cup etc.,. Normally you will only be an A or AA cup so you
will probably want something to enhance you, see "Breast
Forms". For those of you who have a little more try a enhancer
bra like the "Wonderbra" or "Ultrabra".
If you see
a bra that you fall in love with but they do not appear to do it in your
size you may possibly get in to one a size smaller.
Now we get to one of my favourite lingerie items :-) These come in two flavours, the teddy and the bodyshaper (a rose by any other name).
The bodyshaper is perhaps the better of the two as it not only lets you tuck you know what away securely, but also provides support and contouring everywhere else. Plus most of them come with an underwired bra built in.
All in all
they can provide most of your shape needs in one small package :-)
1) Opaque tights are the fashion at the moment ideal for hiding blemishes and unshaved legs.
2) Sheer tights can come in a variety of denier, the lower the number the more sheer the nylon. They are also available in run resist although the feel is not normally as sheer.
3) Always carry a clear nail varnish so that if you do snag or ladder your tights/stockings you can apply a small amount to stop it from spreading.
4) Another way to hide unshaved legs is to wear a flesh coloured (American tan) pair underneath your normal tights.
5) As for size look for ones that cover height measurements as these are more likely to fit than ones that just say (one size) tights.
6) If you
prefer stockings there are hold up types on the market that do not need
a suspender belt, but if you prefer the ordinary type do not forget to
buy a suspender belt!
