TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (AP) - The first Honduran legally recognized as a woman after undergoing sex-change surgery was found stabbed to death par early Friday, along with a housekeeper. Sigfrilda Shantall Pastor Arguelles, 50, was stabbed in the neck late Thursday at her home in Catacamas, 110 miles east of Tegucigalpa, police said. The body of the housekeeper was found nearby. Police blamed a previously unknown group calling itself "La Mafia," which left a note in the house. They released no other details. Pastor, a dentist, underwent a sex-change operation in the United States in 1976. For the next 21 years, she fought to be legally recognized as a woman. She won last November when the government identified her as a woman on her voter registration card
