I mailed him and asked if that was mud visible in some of the pictures... his reply: "Je préfère répondre en français car je connais très mal l'anglais. Tu peux diffuser mon adresse e-mail oui.Sur mes pieds ce n'est pas de la boue. C'est de la crasse! Je n'avais pas lavés mes pieds pendant 1 mois quand j'ai pris ces photos. Si tu rajoute un petit texte au sujet de mes pieds tu peux écrire qui sentent très fort le fromage. Quand j'enlève mes baskets cela sent dans toute la pièce."
Rough translation: "That's not mud, it's dirt! I hadn't washed my feet for a month when I took these pictures. If you want to add text on the subject of my feet, just say that they smell very strongly of cheese: when I take off my sneakers, you can smell it all over the room!"
