Wichita Falls MCC Has A New Meeting Location At Faith Lutheran Church, Located At The Corner of Southwest Parkway and Professional Drive. New Time Of Worship is 1:00pm. Come and join us as we worship God in this beautiful sanctuary.

It is now official that our new permanent pastor is Rev. Lea Brown. Her first service will be November 13, 2005.

The leadership of Faith Lutheran Church has extended a very warm invitation for us to use their building for as long as it takes for us to have our own space. They have made every effort to make us feel welcome. Remember we will be meeting at 1:00pm now.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of Hurricane Katrina along the Gulf Coast. The following are resources for helping people and pets affected by this disaster...

The American Red Cross is taking donations to help the thousands of victims by calling 1-800-HELP-NOW.

The Salvation Army is providing services for victims and first responders. Donate at 1-800-SAL-ARMY.

You may donate through MCC at MCC Church

You can also make donations in person at your local Wal-Mart or Sam's Club.

Donations of food are being accepted at Albertson’s.

Military families needing assistance locating loved ones and finding support for their families should call 1-800-342-9647.

Donations for pets are being accepted at Petco.

Animal Disaster Relief Resources:

The Humane Society of the United States — Call 1-800-Humane1 to report pets in danger or to donate.

New Orleans Hotline For People Who Left Animals In Homes — 225-578-6111 or e-mail Katrina Animal Rescue

When e-mailing or calling Animal Rescue, please state the name, address of confined animal, species, number of animals, and when food would have run out.

The Houston SPCA is now accepting animals from storm victims staying in Houston area shelters.

Some folks have expressed an interest in helping to clean up the church building. At this time, the building is still sealed due to concerns about the safety of the structure. Once we receive a clearance from the authorities to enter the building we will pass on the information. Thank you all for your concerns and prayers. We will keep you informed of any new developments.
