The Alumni Caucus for Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Concerns at Allegheny College consists of alumni who support the goals and activities of the campus Committee In Support of Gays, Lesbians and Bisexuals:
to create a positive environment for gay, lesbian, and bisexual people by
increasing community-wide understanding and awareness of the needs and issues of gay, lesbian, and bisexual people.
to eliminate negative behaviors and attitudes toward gay, lesbian, and
bisexual people through education and advocacy.
to reduce the effects of alienation experienced by members of the gay, lesbian,
and bisexual community by actively supporting the concept of Allegheny as a community that fosters and appreciates diversity.
