To reflect on the past,
Empty out that heavy sack.
The trials and lessons,
Their are many indeed.
You are on a special trip,
Growing as from a seed.
Take a look inside,
To see just what is there.
Feel the feelings inside,
Doing it with Care.
Persistance is a must,
Sometimes it's not that easy.
It may feel really good,
Or make you quite abit queezzzy.
Take the time no matter,
Just let your feelings flow.
This one step,
Will surely help you grow.
