MY FIRST TRIP TO THE NORTHWEST

In October, I flew out to Seattle to visit a friend out there, who, as of more recent times, has become more of a "friend" than I have ever expected. I had one of the best times of my life out there. Although he was recovering from pneumonia, which had cancelled his trip to Baltimore, he was kind enough to show me Seattle and even take me up to Vancouver. The pictures here are from this trip.

These are pictures of the Seattle skyline and downtown. I'm heading back for New Year's and will have additional pictures of Seattle then.

Vancouver was a beautiful looking city, even in the rain. Most of these photos were taken from Ft. Stanley Park. Vancouver's downtown has a very European look about it that you don't see much in the United States.
