#1 Pink Village (PV) is a cyber society for gay & lesbian avatars.

#2 PV is located in Alphaworld in the square area between the coordinates 2190-2262s and 2177-2267e.
PV Centre covers the Pink Island while the remaining area is named the PV Outland. Official coordinates to Pink Village is 'AW 2222s 2222e 222'.

#3 To become a citizen of PV you must be gay, lesbian or bi, or at least a friend. It is expected that the citizens shows a certain interest in keeping the community alive by frequently visiting PV.

#4 Only PV citizens are allowed to build anything within the PV Centre or at restricted areas of the PV Outland. Restricted property must be applied for, and any building activity can take place as soon as the PV Council has accepted. No citizen can claim more property than 2500 square meters.
Buildings higher than 2 floors (incl. ground) are not recommanded in PV.
X-rated porn is totally forbidden if it can be observed from any public area.

#5 When a citizen decides to leave PV for good (s)he should leave a note for the PV Council. If the citizen has got property on Pink Island, and if the PV Council asks for it (which probably never will happen...), the retiering citizen shall be prepeared to clear all his/her property and leave the control over the land to the PV Council.

#6 The PV Council is responsible of the status of PV as an active society. The PV Council consists of the Mayor and 2 additional members. The 2 members are elected every year in January by the PV citizens. The PV Council counts four votes - the Mayor has got a double vote, while the two Council members votes once each. This makes the Mayor souvereign, but he can not make any comprehensive changes without support from at least one of the other Council members.

#7 The PV society is inferior to valid laws of the Alpha World society.
