Copenhagen, Denmark
I visited Copenhagen during August of 1995 to see my friend Steen; the typical, tall, blond hair, blue-eyed Dane. I was only able to spend 7 days with him, but the amazing castles I got to visit left a lasting impression on me! It was easy to see why the BARD placed his tragic hero amidst the magnificent structures. Some other attractions that I visited included: The Little Mermaid site, The Tivoli Gardens (a theme park) and the cliffs in addition to some of the Gay nightlife. I don't usually find myself attracted to the "typical Dane" but hubba hubba!! I've seen some of the most gorgeous people there! And with amazing skin too! What is their secret?
THE LITTLE MERMAID
Here I am doing the tourist "Strike a Pose" while visiting the Little Mermaid site. It was much smaller than I had expected! "Gee lady, put a top on!" "Oh yeah, it's Denmark, they're kinda liberal over here."
HAMLET'S CASTLE
This is a shot of the castle that is the setting of the play Hamlet. I really do not know why Hammy would be brooding so, in such splendid digs as this. Aside: The Kenneth Brannaugh film is beautiful and worth a sore butt after 4 hours!
