As a Samaritan,
He allowed the queer man to
Remain residing in his
Four chambered room.
Despite the need for space
Of ones deserving,
Desiring rent,
Or who's presence lightened its
Corners a softer red.
Despite the damage,
Breaking and burning
The room (which was far exceeding
The Man's patchwork).
As a Samaritan,
He allowed the man to
Stay.
Lowering his head heavily
And wistfully whispering,
"He is needed."
