A marvellously acted and elegantly photographed film version
of Julien Mitchell’s hit London play which speculates on the public school
days of real-life traitor/ defector Guy Bennett. Everett is the languid
‘innocent’, denied entry to the school’s ruling elite because of an
indiscreet homosexual affair. Starring Rupert Everett as the wily Guy, and Cary
Elwes as his handsome lover.
