This tape contains the episode of the series "Life Stories", which tells the real life story of Steve Burdick, a handsome young TV news reader for an American TV station, and an in-the-closet gay man.

To prevent exposure of his secret identity, Steve lived a secluded life with his lover. All this changed when they discovered they were both HIV+, and his lover died of AIDS.

Steven came out on TV during a news broadcast, and despite insurmountable problems, this courageous young man went on to host a daily slot on the 6 o’clock news which dealt with AIDS related issues.

This is his story
