my interests

As far as interests, i'm into almost anything that's pretty! I love flowers, especially blue and peach roses. The peach roses seem to give off the most aroma. I try to find the beauty in a lot of things. During a recent thunderstorm, i watched the tiny balls of sleet hit the green grass. It resembled the lotto balls jumping around in the thing before they pop up to get read. It fascinated me. Even more beautiful was the color of the grass and the bush outside my window. It was the sight of spring.

Probably my main interest is in the culinary arts. I attend a culinary college just north of chicago. I plan to go into pastries, and hopefully i can gain an internship at the four seasons. As far as pastries go, i'm more into cakes. Chocolates, blown sugar, and ice carving interest me also. Of course my favorite cuisine is mexican followed by american and italian.
