Having me an expressive arts therapist, I began painting, once again. I would empty the change jar in order to buy paints and canvases. With the encouragement of my family and friends, my dreams became a reality. The majority of my paintings use geometric shapes to express my emotions.
Self preservation, hope,family and darkness are depicted in my paintings. The intense blend of all our profound emotions, wove themselves into every painting. There have been so many "highs" and "lows" that have haunted me and inspired my paintings.
I do not paint to sell; I paint because I love too! I sincerely hope that the observer finds their own meaning in my paintings. To me that is the ultimate compliment.
