Dear Major General Gardner:
I am civilian, and what follows is a completed mission to which I had
told the USMC recruiter in Kennewick, WA, in November, 2006, I was
tackling because an elder found a way to tap on the shoulder and ask
for help. I did this for honor because I was born with an extra
chromosome and was unable to be considered Marine material because of
disability.
I hope you can help me get this comprehended. The ONLY reason
that the
Marines are unaware of the following data is because of the Manchurian
Candidate Project. These villains did unto you so they could
write
policy to make innate abilities unknown to those who would most need to
know them. However, as you will discover, the author of the
source who
could see see through time, saw a flock of good people who had no idea
of the tools that follow, so he contacted a shepherd and asked for
help. I am here to help awaken the MARINE, for we have a
situation
that needs the secret weapon to arise from the ashes.
What follows was sent to the US Department of Justice concerning an
argument that needs people to realize we have
discovered two
distinct non-human intellects over 2000 years old.
What is
critical is
that one of these intellects has been replicated as weaponry by a bunch
of morons. They replicated a viral weapon since 1833, and as
there
was
ONLY ONE source back then, with the discovery, they are using the big
gun they did not invent, and they are caught.
The tools that follow change humankind. They were unearthed from
a
42-point puzzle from the book of Matthew. There's a whole second
layer, and the book transforms into tools, one very strong argument,
and two quests.
I hope you will help me get the Marines to realize the importance of
this discovery, for I tackled a bona-fide quest in modern times and
discovered tons that no one knows but everyone needs to comprehend. The
Torah is being argued as the
lesser of two intellects, and is
PLANETARY
weaponry. For example, Gaijin was once Gentility. The
Torah's
logic been
replicated as weaponry to virally usurp the powers of the Constitution,
through the addition of policies and defective text, continually since
1833.
Had
not a guy, who really could see
through time, sent a message and all tools to show HOW he can see us
through time, and had it not been carried here into the future 2000
years only because he had
to ask for crucifixion,
we would all be dead today. This
past
administration attempted to rock their own boat into massive chaos,
just as their associates had done twice previously. He sent
me tools,
and having an internet, I made peace as fast as the villains attempted
to create chaos.
Today, I can
finally
prove this elder of my mother's argument to his family that, with
this level of accuracy to see through time, the point of so-called Holy
Books was unnecessary. Good values are important but enslavement
to
systems is not.
You know how it is with elders. They arrive with problems and you
drop
everything. I did this for honor.
The tools to see through time follow. Prepare to evolve.
This is my Ph.D. project as no one on the planet is teaching how to
manipulate and manage quantum time. Infinite possibilities, but

Before I begin this argument, I need to change the way you look at
time. Luckily for me, our US Founding Fathers knew that someday,
someone
would have to show the world that humankind has other abilities beyond
the norm, and built the entire toolkit on the back of every US $1 bill.
See that pyramid
with an eye above it? The time has come for you to look at that a
different way so that you can train your mind's eye to learn to see
through time, for remote viewing, combined with other innate abilities,
upgrade the quality of the human condition..
In life, no matter where you are in time, you have a distance from
birth to this very day. So, when you look at that symbol, realize it as
your own mind's eye standing at the beginning of life's highway staring
back at you here in the future down this triangular corridor.
It turned out that Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity turned up in
literature. All heads are connected. By laying out stories, on parallel
paths around this triangular corridor where all beginnings are at one
end and all endings at the other, as you ruffle through each story,
whenever you find consistent logic traveling through all three stories,
use your mind's eye to flesh out the logic. Now go into reality and
find its logistical equivalents. It takes three sources minimum to find
one common element moving through time, but each subsequent movie,
story or book will add to this memory system and build the
effectiveness of your mind's eye.

By educating your mind's eye in this way, if your work is impacting
history, and you see someone in the stories doing similar logistical
streams to that of which you are working, see if any of the decisions
this person is making look like decisions you’d like to make. The more
you act to make such storylines real, the more those corridors become
of your own. This is the most effective use of time-view, for ahead of
you are infinite possibilities, but whoever acts fastest makes history,
and so there is only one outcome.
To increase your effectiveness in this corridor, to make better history
and to decrease chaos, I recommend the following hand tool which allows
one to teach a child simplified concepts of quantum mechanics. Left
thumb equates to the command of SYSTEM OKAY, and right thumb equates to
the command of SOCIETY OKAY. From left index finger to right index
finger, across the palms, please now label each finger, respectively,
with the following terms: LIE, SCAPEGOAT, DISHONOR, TORTURE, STEAL,
OVERWORK, ADULTERATE, KILL.
The hand tool is a portable eight-bit decision computer based on
our
mutual cranial design. With it’s use for every decision, it not only
protects the NOW, but also the past and future from chaos. The question
is always, "To make this next decision, will I or anyone beneath me
ever have to..." and then test these eight tests. Raise any finger if
an answer is yes. However, if you get eight NO answers, then the
decision is TWO THUMBS UP, and so wise, you never need to remember it.
When analyzing these concepts further, we find that the values are
actually paired.
If you do not lie, then you respect the pathway forward through time.
If you do not scapegoat, you take responsibility for every mistake you
find backward in time.
If you do not dishonor, you respect the peace you keep with your
friends as you advance.
If you do not torture, you respect the peace of everyone else as you
leave.
If you do not steal, you respect the burdens that other people place on
themselves before arrival
If you do not overwork, you respect the burdens you place on others as
they leave.
If you do not adulterate, you respect the rights of others to making
ancestry.
If you do not kill, you respect the rights of others to having ancestry.
If you consider quantum time, then lies last forever, and killing takes
the least amount of time. But as you analyze these labels, you find
that the left three demand right-hemispherical logistics. Also, the
right three require the physical presence of a body and therefore
demand left-hemispherical logistics. The other two have a carry-over,
for you can torture with words and steal ideas but also torture with
devices and steal objects.
As a tool of judgment in the most immediate now, this tool lets you
time-slice reality from the past and future so that you can judge the
chaos makers verses the order makers in any system of people. In this
case, in the USA, the US Marine Corps is two thumbs up because there is
no domestic war. These people represent the very best of what it means
to be GOOD.
If two thumbs up is good as well as organized, then all fingers up
would be really bad and very prone to chaos. However, overwork and
adulterate cannot be automated. You cannot do them in your sleep. The
remaining six, as a composite set, when found happening all at the same
time through leadership, reveal chaos makers at their most extreme.
In using this hand tool, when watching movies or analyzing stories,
when a character violates through decisions any of these issues, you
can instantly see, as a finger raises, the warning that chaos is
coming. This tool makes for very easy and fearless living by allowing
simplified communications between people amongst an eight-bit error
channel so that any problem can be resolved at the point of issue, for
when a problem is perceived, if one instantly waves that finger which
represents the perceived violations, everyone in the community around
the situation is clearly aware and involved because of this communal
communications system.
Had humankind arrived with this hand tool several thousand years ago,
whoever possessed it would have assimilated and the world would have
had peace. This tool was the first to allow someone to signal when they
FEEL torture. It also negates slavery, for if one cannot dishonor,
torture, steal, or overwork, you cannot steal people, dishonor their
families, torture their worlds, and overwork them to death.
This tool was extracted from a 42-point computer-grade puzzle in the
book of Matthew. The puzzle splits the four gospels into three tools,
one argument, and two quests, of which it is clear that the Prophet
Mohammed tackled the first quest.
The argument is that this hand tool is all that Moses actually brought,
and some time between Moses and Jesus, someone edited pin zero, LIE,
and pin three, TORTURE, moved the word Rules down a chapter and wrote
an uncommissioned Torah. As all of Islam is to change course on the day
that "Jesus does battle with the Devil at the Stone," by this discovery
that someone turned hand tools into stone tablets in an uncommissioned
Torah, such an author would be a Devil.
Please pair these values with your fingers and notice the shape they
reveal. The author of the Torah turned this hand tool into letters in a
new alphabet and then set this letter to being the first letter of the
word Shalom which we would come to learn to mean Peace, only now to
discover what we had missed all these millennia from this deception.
How does a Torah attack a hand tool? It usurps the powers of the hand
tool by creating intentionally defective value structures that add
chaos and disorder by increasing the number of rules and decreasing
personal power.
As analyzed using common literary criticism, such as taught by
Professor Leonard Orr, a book flows from the worst writing to the best
writing as an author gets better at the fiction. When analyzed from the
base of Sinai to Crossing the Red Sea, we find that the Torah’s writing
does get steadily better, but also, we find three things at the base of
Sinai that have YET to happen in human history.
When the boss leaves and a bully pops up to be the boss until the
boss returns, when that boss does return, the boss does not blame the
meek for bad management. Hence, under normal circumstances, the Tablets
would never have been broken.
Next, when slavery is in the immediate past and there are contracts on
the table, no one in human history has ever agreed to the one copy that
was encrypted by the author of the contract. Instead, like the hand
tool, there are always redundant copies of contracts.
Finally, in this most modern world, we would not expect there to be one
copy of the instruction manual for the entire internet, encrypted so
that the one server and it’s minions would dole out the information.
Instead, we would give everyone a short instruction card with two
system commands and eight rules, with a rider asking that no one
contact tech support unless absolutely necessary.
The reason why I am championing the hand tool is that it functions as a
barrier between fantasy and reality. If reality is safe, fantasy can be
anything you want it to be. The reason this is appropriate at this
moment has to do with my discoveries in human computational
communications.
What is mistakenly called hypnosis turned out to be the operating
system and graphics drivers for your portable gaming system. Your mind
controls your body in this game, and your body is cyborg. It’s
completely programmable, and the only person who absolutely needs to
learn to control you is you. That’s why I need help placing my book
into the public domain, because there is an advanced set of suggestions
in the Gospel discovery as well as in the Qir’an, like water into wine
turned out to be a cross-index table so that THIS sensation can be
reprogrammed to trigger THAT feeling.

The Future’s Toolkit includes a primer on neural interfacing. With the
use of one’s mind's eye to do all graphic support, combined with
surround sound and belief systems, this opens a new field for
eyes-closed computer gaming. If everyone would learn to use their own
technology, humankind evolves. But there’s more.
If you maintain to never violate the eight rules, you will discover
there is even an inner network between people so that you can learn
anything from anyone anywhere and anywhen in time. All you need to do
is personality replacement. All the tools to do this are in the book.
Thus, if you want to raise the dead to talk with anyone in history, all
you need is personality replacement. Multiple Personality people like
Sybil and Eve had actually stumbled over abilities in their control,
but had no idea they were living in high technology.
As we use the hand tool to track people who have the specific six
violation set, they seem to be functioning as if one ONE COMMON
INTELLECT. We find people who entered into government to
intentionally
write defective policies that hurt their host systems. This is
consistent with logical viruses on the internet.
Now that they are out of the White House, judge this past
administration and discover the problem. These people, through the
values of their leadership, allowed their subordinates to LIE &
SCAPEGOAT & DISHONOR & TORTURE & STEAL & KILL. As you
use your hand tool to make this judgment, notice how there are four
left-hand violations and two right-hand violations. Now, if you make
the infamous sign of the Devil, note that there are four knuckles and
then these same two fingers raised. That is because, on this planet, we
have traveling with us is a logical virus that is intelligent but moves
through people whose values are inhuman.
We can trace every war since 1833 back to a secret society at Yale, for
in the end, they were selling opium. As we track the opium, it’s
as if
the opium itself, when tracked very slowly across quantum time, the
drug’s logic is using all these people as tentacles of one common
intellect to move itself into our lives because it separates mind from
body connections. We have a clear issue that something is
attacking
from the imagination and those who clearly chose to be infected,
made
cannabis illegal.
Cannabis strengthens the mind-to-body connections. I could not
have
tackled this huge a project without cannabis. Someone at the US Drug
Enforcement Agency had to fight tooth and nail to get cannabis labeled
a hypnotic because it matters.
This is a project for world peace in just 48 hours. At the end of
it,
Cannabis and hemp return to the food chain immediately, and we have to
be very careful as we watch these people moving opium we track their
values and they made cannabis illegal, then did Manchurian Candidate,
which Dishonored both China and the United States Marine Corps.
These double-crossing assholes are going to get what they
deserve.
They are going to earn a one-way ticket off the planet, for, by
replicating the chaos making logistics of the Torah to attempt to
disharmonize US Relations between first China and then Georgia's
incident with Russia, both situations placed all our lives at
risk.
They behaved as if, as a team, they were the weapon, virally attacking
communications to disharmonize relations into chaos using non-human
logic. It is fitting they no longer get to live on Earth.
Please witness the fact that they replicated on China what they did
to
the Germans last time. The loans were in Germany from the US,
the
US
economy collapsed, the US loans were called, the German economy
collapsed, and there was Prescott Bush standing with Hitler and giving
him bad advice about hating Jews. A hundred years earlier, the
same
secret society was using these logistics to make the US Civil
War.
This time, the loans were in the USA. The Chinese economy
collapsed,
then had an earthquake, and then a shooting at the Olympics when both
former President Bush and the incumbent President were
misbehaving..
It is clear that the Bush people were banking on the destruction of
their own nation. They attempted to bleed us dry and bleed China
dry
as well, then get disharmonizing factors to crush the nation because it
worked so well the last time.
There was only one major difference between the last time this
happened
and now. This time, as there was an internet, I could reach the
key
people in all nations and do international diplomacy on a scale that
had not ever been attempted in the past. I was able to
deliver all

to the Chinese, completing a 3000 year old debt that was infinitely
more honorable than the money.

Everyone in history who found this 42-point puzzle and learned to see
through time, sent me advanced intelligences in their own 42-point
puzzles so that the future would know for what to watch out and what
was happening to the world.
- Knights Templar, in their logo, warned us about the
double-cross.
- The Freemasons, who built this nation a solid foundation and
created their logo from the key argument against the Torah, warned
us
about Judaism challenging the Torah.
- Leonardo da Vinci exposed all sorts of information on how to
maneuver through timeline analysis and sent proofs of what he saw in
the future.
- Nostradamus warned of cannibals at the end of the age.
- The author of Revelations noted the false prophet and opened the
door for role playing the true prophet.
- Most importantly, the Prophet Mohammed, who built a fortress to
protect civilization from the problems traveling behind the Torah as it
traversed through time, hung his intelligence outside of the walls of
Islam so that I could see what was stolen and what needed to return to
power so that Islam would go in a new direction.
From Mohammed's help, I learned of what he did to maintain
order
and save the world from chaos. From this, by sending manually
tons of
emails and faxes to key people who needed to learn all these tools, I
was able to build a bigger anti-virus to the one the "Wall of lies"
virus this past administration built.
The chaos which is attacking President Barack Obama here at the start
of his new administration and is affecting our economy and our
nation,
can clearly be traced to the fact that the previous administration used
mismanagement as weaponry to disharmonize their own systems and to
attack the next administration while robbing us blind and bleeding us
dry. They replicated the viral signature of the Torah as weaponry to
attack the USA.
The only way to save the honor of a people from such abuse demanded
role playing in real life, for, if these people want to use the alien
weapon that created Gaijin from our Gentility as people rejected Jews
but adapted to values we were clearly never to disseminate, the time
had come for Jews to leave the Torah so these villains can be
prosecuted for using weaponry their own military had no idea was
weaponry. Jews carried a viral weapon around the globe and
through
time. Had we arrived in Egypt, Greece and China with the hand tool when
they were building Pyramids, Parthenon, and Great Walls, their
intellects would have shot through the roof, for the hand tool
decreases the time between decisions.
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
We had a document that was written using remote viewing so that when we
arrived in these places, we got beat up everywhere we went because we
trusted the Torah, for it read that We had built the pyramids, that
homosexuality was forbidden and that pork was unclean. The Torah made
sure that if we ever did find the hand tool, the doors were so firmly
closed behind us, we would never get to these audiences. This is
consistent with war, and as this was over 3000 years ago, this is
consitent with instructions being intercepted and changed before being
retransmitted.
However, the worst part is that our values were adapted by peoples who
rejected the Torah but adapted to values we were clearly never to have
disseminated. The impact on India and China on Go Forth and Multiply
has been horrible. Even the entire problem with American Slavery is all
because the Torah wrote that it was acceptable.
The only way to make peace demanded someone to take responsibility for
the entire mistake and learn from these mistakes in our past. Being a
direct descendant of David on paper, making all these discoveries, and
learning that remote viewing is real, I informed the Israelis by way of
the German Chancellor in the spring of 2008 that I was stuck with the
lousy role of Jewish Prophet, which is the only way to get the religion
to go in a new direction. Had we arrived with this hand tool, we would
have assimilated and the world would have had peace. For the
previous
administration to use the viral logistics of the Torah to attack the
USA the ONLY way for me to make this argument so that the US Department
of Justice could do so without fear demanded me to make very sure that
the Torah was no longer covered by a separation of Church and State
clause.
As we track viral attacks on the US, we discover that beginning in
1833, when President Andrew Jackson closed the first US Bank, the
Constitution itself was attacked by this very unique viral signature.
However, in 1833, there was only one viral weapon on the planet, and
the villains replicated the signature of this weapon so well, they even
replicated the flaws that the intelligent author inserted so that if
anyone did become intelligent enough to discover the Torah to be
weaponry, they could also discover anyone who had replicated it as
weaponry.
It took another 176 years to make the argument against the Torah being
used as weaponry because until we had computers and could comprehend
the emergent properties with chaos theory in quantum time, we never
realized that someone had strapped a viral weapon to a people and set
us out to divide a planet so that it could be conquered. To then
discover that the people who stood with Hitler had used the logic of
the Torah as weaponry a full century earlier to make the Civil War
happen, such demanded critical action, for these people lie as a team
to both sides of all issues and are coming up with the ideas for the
wars before there are wars so that their viral attack moves ahead of
the wars so no one saw their villainy.
To make sure we Jews do not end up in another holocaust. I had to make
public the official transition of Judaism to the hand tool. I had to
attempt to make peace with a world which has suffered as we suffered
the burden of the Torah. For this, I am here to deliver all these tools
so that all humankind evolves and upgrades so that all will see the

We must stop these villains from this THIRD White House Putsch
attempt so that they can never do this to the USA again. These villains
will lose citizenship, assets, and probably lives, for they are
unworthy of the honor of being of the USA.

gracious aid of my Social Security, Student Loans, and time. Let
me be
a minor hero so that I may impress upon the Greeks to re-issue two
titles, "Jesus" and "Christ," that, had either arrived on time, based
on the relationship that Greece beheld with Rome 2000 years ago, either
would have saved his life. For me to earn BOTH for him demanded a
hell
of a lot of work, all of which is completed, and if you believe as I
do, we have survived a miracle. Please let me deliver all the

these tools to my nation so that we can fix this economy and "boldly go
where no one has gone before."
