Everyone knows that most Christians despise us for everything they assume we believe. Does this mean that they are enemies? Being that they do not follow their own beliefs since they insist on trying to give us problems and refusing to turn the other cheek, maybe we should be their friends when they insist on fighting with us about whether or not we are going to burn and show them that we're not anything like who they assumed we were? Every Satanist has his/her own view on this situation that we face every day in society.
Some Satanists absolutely despise them for everything they stand for. They have refered to Christians as "sheep, cattle, and many other unnecessary terms. They say that all Christians should be hated by Satanists for the way they treat us. After all, we do believe in "an eye for an eye" in our religion. But are those Satanists who believe this way really Satanists at all?
Other Satanists say that not all Christians are that way and that those who oppose us should be ignored since they are not worth our time being that they lack being able to properly communicate with others and that those who are kind and respect us for who we are should be treated with the same respect and kindness that they show us because they've earned it, but isn't there an even better reason for this response?
Okay, let's blame all our problems on the nuerotic Christian moralists, but once we called every god-loving person in society crazy, who's going to be on our side? Think about that for a minute. We want society to open it's eyes to us, respect us, and accept us, but how can that happen when we are too busy attacking others for their beliefs and the way they treat us? It can't and that is what I wish that all Satanists would understand. When a Christian tells you that you will burn, point out to them that is what they believe and tell them what you believe. When they tell you that god is a fact, tell them that is based on their religion and not scientifically proven and that our religion is based on science and has, so far, been proven to be fact (that is a fact).
In conclusion, do you want Satanic Churches to be welcomed and seen as a real religion in all states or not? If not, then just keep going the way you are and it'll never happen because you'll never get anywhere close to having our religion acceptd, but if so, then be friends with the Christians and maybe someday we'll be seen for who we really are an accepted by all. After all, even Anton Szandor LaVey said we should try our best to get along with the Christians since for years our goal has been to be accepted by society. |
