The Early Years...

Baby Pic

I guess I was about six months old here. I just can't remember....

This is the typical "old country" way of things. My grandmother and my Godmother were constantly passing me back and forth between them and who ever else happened to be nearby. At that time, the whole extended family lived on one block. My mom said she hardly saw me!

School Days...

Elementary School PIc

My Elementary School picture from I think the third or fourth grade. Didn't we all look so cute at that age?

Skipping right along to my high school graduation picture. Why is it that we all hate our High School year book picture?
I think it was a plot to blackmail us.

Tabatinga

Shortly after college, I went to Leticia, Colombia on a buying trip. The airplane landed in the Amazon Jungle at Tabatinga International Airport in Brazil. The airplane was actually bigger than the airport! I walked from Brazil to Columbia, over a "river". Very nominal customs formalities. Who the hell goes to Tabatinga anyway?

(It was a very bad hair day)

Somewhere high in the mountains of Northern Greece near the Albanian/Macedonian border, I went to a wedding, complete with tux! Mind you, there was no electricity nor running water in that village at the time, but a tux was a must for the wedding... Ah! Relatives!

Greek Dance

As you can see by the date on the picture, this takes you up to May 1997. I am leading a Greek Dance called the Kalamatianos, a very popular Greek circle dance. I'm a pretty good dancer, I must say!

I have traveled extensively over the past 20 years, and I decided to make additional web pages by City or Country, highlighting the beauty and capturing the flavor of the area.

My most favorite trees in the world - the Coconut Tree! Here are a bunch on South Beach in Miami. Having lived in Florida most of my adult life I am very partial to warm tropical nights and warm ocean water!

Tamarama

This is the neighborhood I lived in In Sydney, Australia. The area is called Tamarama, but the known to the locals as "Glamorama" Beach, since it seemed that only the most perfect bodies were seen here!

View WEHO

This the view from my first apartment in Los Angeles. I do like plants and everywhere I go I seem to gather up a bunch! The green building in the background is the Pacific Design Center On San Vicente Blvd. In West Hollywood.

I am a Starbucks Addict -- Vanilla Lattés are my favorite. Here I am at Starbucks on Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood. It all began in Seattle in 1993 when I was first introduced to Starbucks. Having always enjoyed my cappuccino's in Europe, I was elated to find a coffee house in the US. Now look - there are millions of them!

(PS If you can't find me, look for me there)

One of the most beautiful buildings in all of LA - The Getty Museum.

The architecture is something to marvel over, and the views of Los Angeles are stupendous.
