To
serve as an advocate and resource for bisexual, gay and lesbian employees
and to address issues of homophobia and discrimination in the workplace.
OBJECTIVE: To act as an advisory group assisting Salt Lake County management to encourage change in practices and attitudes surrounding the working lives of bisexual, gay and lesbian people. To support nondiscrimination in employment practices regardless of residence, of citizenship, race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political affiliation, age or disability. |
