Bodies by Design is a 800-sq.ft. personal fitness studio centrally located in my home in Denver Colorado. BBD is one-on-one training with no interruptions or distractions. Just you, me, a full array of free weights and state of the art machines.

Training sessions last an hour. You choose the music that motivates you for 60 minutes of serious but fun training.

We have three cardio pieces - one treadmill and two steppers which you may use before or after your training session. Doing your cardio is critical, but we believe it is not cost effective to you to do your cardio during your training session. You're paying to get in the best shape possible - building, trimming and toning your body to your specifications - with the best advice, instruction, and encouragement. (We cater to newcomers). Here you'll work out your waist - not waste your workout.

Born here in Colorado, I've been a trainer for the last 7 years. Over those years I have trained more than 150 clients. Let me show you some ingenuity and why my work ethic has made me the standout trainer in the community. I founded BBD in 1997 and have since watched it grow and grow. Some people come in for a month or two, while others have trained with me from the start!

Clients need and deserve trainers who practice what they preach and stay in great shape themselves. Looking around your average fitness center, sometimes it is hard to tell the trainer from the client. I wasn't a fitness model for nothing! I love my job, want you to get your money's worth, and take the workout seriously. I will push you and inspire you to do your best to reach your fitness goals.

Diet and nutrition also play a key role in reshaping your body. Nutritional couseling is a key element at BBD and together we will work to refine that VERY essential part of a fit and healthy you.

A program will be designed with your specific needs in mind. Weekly and monthly goals that are realistic and obtainable will be outlined together. I will show you that you can have fun while working out and still make excellent progress.

Getting started is always hard, but you'll find that at BBD we offer something even more important than expertise. We offer enthusiasm, patience, and encouragement to every client who walks in the door. Training after all, is about personal achievement, self-betterment, honest effort and subsequent reward: building a NEW YOU!
