The people's car lives on

While most cars of it's era are relegated to museums and vintage car shows, the Beetle is still used extensively worldwide as daily transport. Hated by some but loved and admired by most, the Beetle has proved itself, beyond a shadow of a doubt, to be a true "People's car". Now, with the advent of the New Beetle, the spirit of the beloved "Vee-dub" will live long into the new millenium.
