The battle was long and brutal and the soldiers are tired and footsore.
Once again the youngsters of the Rhodesian Light Infantry have proved
themselves more than a match for the terrorists - but at a cost.
Tonight the newsreader will say that familiar phrase again:
"Security Force Headquarters regret to announce the death in action of...."
