Facercise

At age 24 I weighed 170 lbs and this picture was taken for a photo shoot by a professional photographer in 1995. I naturally had droopy eyes that were often considered endearing.
This is my driver's license photo, in 1995.  I am 24 years old in this picture and weigh approximately 215lbs.  This is 3 years before I began to Facercise
This is me in 1998 at the age of 28. I wanted to get bigger so I started hitting the gym and eating up to 9000 calories daily! This photo was taken at home by a friend of mine.

I had a rhinoplasty about two years before this photo was taken but, frankly my nose looks a lot like my pre-op nose in the picture above.

Two months after the photo taken above I decided to lose some weight, so I dropped 20 lbs. I still had yet to discover the Facercise program. My eyes still looked droopy and people at this point, where constantly asking me if I was tired. NO! I was not on drugs either although it practically looks that way. My face looked tired and aging. I am 29 in this photo!
This is a photo my orthodontist took, it was right before I started to facercise, although a friend had already purchased the book for me and it was sitting on a shelf somewhere.  I thought this photo looked pretty good, at the time.
This is a photo I took in Australia.  I had just begun to facerise and it was in this photo that I noticed a subtle difference.
At this point I have been Facercising for about a month. The people around me noticed the result before I did.  My eyes look a bit more alert and my jawline is changing.  My weight is the same as the two photos above.
Age 29, this is when I really noticed a difference with Facerise.  A friend took this photo on the beach.  The shape of my face was changing.  My eyes were different, even my hairline changed, I used to have a much bigger forehead.
At this point, I decided to direct my facercising to get a specific result.
I was shocked to see this picture taken by the same photographer of the last two pictures. My main focus for the Facercise exercises was to widen my eyes. I also wanted to make my jawline as strong as possible. You be the judge.
This photo was taken by a friend of mine in the Fall of 2000, the same friend who had given me the Facercise book two years before. My friend never did the excercises and he is simply amazed by the difference.
This my passport photo. It was taken just after my 30th birthday.  I continued to work on my eyes and I think the jawline is looking a lot more sturdy too.  My weight was little higher here about 210.
Age 31, here I am, almost a year later. My weight is pretty steady at 200lbs.  My face is much more solid and I'm happy with the eyes.
Age 31 and counting.  This is me six months later. My lines are much sharper, sleaker.  I'm still working on my eyes and jawline.  At this point, Facercise is more of a reflex than a workout.  I do some exercises when I'm showering, shaving or working.
